Do I need a water flosser?

How often should I change my nozzles & toothbrush heads?
For optimal hygiene and effectiveness, replace your water flosser nozzles and toothbrush heads every 3 months. Bacteria builds up and materials wear down over time. By subscribing to refills, you'll automatically get fresh ones on time.

How long will it take to get my order?

What is the psi of the AquaClean Duo water stream?
On Standard Mode and Pulse Mode, it has a range of 30~100 psi. This is similar to high quality single-motor water flossers on the market and great for cleaning teeth and braces.
On Tonsil/Safe Mode, it has a range of 10~35 psi. This makes it incredibly gentle on sensitive areas, especially with the tonsil nozzle which softens the flow even more.
How do you enter Safe Mode?
- Have the AquaClean in standby mode with no water being dispensed.
- Slow double click the power button to switch to Safe Mode. The power light should pulsate softly.
- Click the power button once more to start the flow of water in Safe Mode.
- You'll hear a difference in how the Safe motor sounds when compared to the Standard motor.

Can I use the tonsil nozzle for regular teeth flossing?
We recommend using the regular nozzle for teeth cleaning. While both nozzles work in either Standard or Safe Mode, the tonsil nozzle is designed to reach the back of your throat, with it's extra long reach. Plus it's tip is slightly wider, which means you won't get the same level of precision as the regular nozzle for cleaning between teeth.
How long does the battery last?
With consistent twice daily use for up to 90 seconds, you'll be able to go almost 2 months without needing to recharge AquaClean Duo. But, when you do need a recharge, just snap on the magnetic charger and leave overnight.
When should I replace my nozzles?
It is recommended to replace your used nozzles every 3 months to maintain optimal hygiene and effectiveness. Bacteria builds up and materials wear down. The easiest option is to subscribe to auto-replacements (and save 25%).
