Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped through our fulfillment center. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after order payment, excluding holidays. After processing, orders with Standard shipping are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, with the option of express 2-day shipping for an additional fee. International addresses should expect a slightly longer delivery window.

Free shipping applies only to addresses within the United States for orders of $60 USD or more. 

For addresses within the US, we offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you may be subject to a higher shipping/handling fee later at the rates that we require on the date you ship your items back to us for a return.

Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.

International Shipping does not qualify for free shipping. International deliveries may incur additional taxes and duties (e.g., VAT), which are the customer's responsibility.

Express shipping and standard shipping apply to the drop off of the order to the shipping provider, not to the fulfillment time.

We do not offer refunds or credits for delayed order delivery. The courier is responsible for order delivery, and we do not have control over unexpected delays. Please expect longer than usual fulfillment and shipping times during peak seasons, such as holidays.

Customers acknowledge that when purchasing from our website, the address entered at checkout will be the address to which their order is delivered. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered. Customers should note that orders are processed within the hour after placement and any changes to incorrect shipping addresses requested after order placement are not guaranteed.

If a package is confirmed not to have been delivered or if there is any other shipping-related issue, verify that you have purchased our shipping protection. If you have shipping protection, you may be eligible to file a shipping claim and receive a replacement order using this link. If not, you may then reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Please note: Once we have sent the fulfilled item to a shipping provider with the label of the customer's provided address, we no longer have control over the order.

Any issues involving incorrect addresses, improper delivery, delivery without a signature, etc., will need to be addressed by the shipping courier.
