What is the main whitening ingredient in Lumismart® strips?
Lumismart® whitening strips are formulated with 10% Hydrogen Peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is the most common teeth whitening ingredient in whitening procedures at dentists' offices around the globe.
Why are they made with 10% Hydrogen Peroxide?
Unlike extrinsic or superficial whitening products that only cause a temporary color-change on the surface of the teeth, Hydrogen Peroxide whitens from the inside out by dissolving gunk that causes discoloration. At a concentration of 10%, you get twice the strength of most whitening strips out there.
What does Smart Adjust mean?
Smart Adjust refers to our unique design by Dr. Winters. Each strip comes with perforations that let you customize the strip size to perfectly fit the front of your teeth. Most strips are too big, forcing you to wrap the strip over and cover back of the teeth, which wastes whitening product and is the main cause of intense sensitivity during whitening. With Smart Adjust, you only have to treat the front of the teeth (where it really counts). It also means you can get double the treatments if you only use half of a strip in a single treatment.
What makes these strips low sensitivity?
Added coconut oil buffers against the high concentration of Hydrogen Peroxide and Smart Adjust customizable sizing eliminates exposure to the back of your teeth—both innovations mean you get incredible results with half the sensitivity.
How long should I use Lumismart for and how often?
A treatment time of 30-60 minutes per day is recommended. If you experience intense sensitivity, a shorter treatment time may be suitable.
Each box contains 21 standard treatments for 3 full weeks of daily application, or until desired whiteness is achieved.
Is developing small white dots after a treatment normal?
You may notice some white spots or patches on your teeth, especially in areas that are slightly demineralized. This is a normal, temporary effect of the treatment process. These marks will naturally fade as your teeth rehydrate, typically within 24-48 hours after treatment.
How long do results last?
While results can last for many months, teeth whitening isn't permanent and results vary from person to person and are impacted by individual lifestyle choices.
How many shades lighter will my teeth be with Lumismart?
Everyone's smile is unique, and whitening results can vary based on your starting point and chosen treatment time of 30 or 60 minutes. Those with deeper staining often see more dramatic improvements, while those starting with lighter shades may notice more subtle enhancements. On average, users experience a 3-5 shade improvement.

I've been using these daily for about a week now and they are amazing...no sensitivity, good flavor, and no mess! My teeth are on the smaller side, so I tear at the perforated marks for the perfect fit. They stick so well and I can see it working, but the best part is the low sensitivity! The last time I used whitening strips was with the Crest ones, and my teeth were SO sensitive after that I ended up stopping using them and just giving them away (and they were like $70!). With these I have basically zero sensitivity. The packaging is really nice too. 10/10 recommend and will be giving these as stocking stuffers this Christmas.

As someone who has such a hard time whitening her teeth with whitening strips because of the taste (as well as my sensitive chompers) these are seriously the best! I got the watermelon flavor and it’s delish. It doesn’t have the normal “whitening strip” flavor that leaves such a nasty taste in your mouth. BRB ordering every flavor!
