Our agents are online to handle inquiries Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM CDT. Tickets are handled in order of submission. The typical response times range from 24-48 hours during weekdays, but can be as long as 72 hours during peak periods.

Please note: Our team is not in office to assist with inquiries after hours, or on weekends or holidays. If you submit a customer service ticket near the end of business hours on a Friday, you will not receive a response until the following Monday.

When submitting a customer service ticket, please choose from the list of topics and include all relevant information to allow us to assist you promptly, including your name, email, order number, or issue.
