Order Issues

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window on purchases for unopened, unspoiled products. See our Refund Policy for further details.

I need to cancel my order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations if the order is already in fulfillment. Most orders are fulfilled within an hour of purchase.

If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email hello@somethingnicecompany.com within the first hour after purchasing and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with, and
  4. Your request.

Our amazing Customer Service team will be happy to assist you during regular business hours of M-F 9AM-5PM CDT.

What if my items are damaged, defective or incorrect?

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us and include

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request

and most importantly

  1. A photograph demonstrating the quality of the product or the damaged area of the item.

*Please take pictures with the product displayed on a clean, flat surface with the issue clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in future production. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

Shipping

How do you ship orders?

We ship with USPS and offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Orders of $70 or more ship with FREE standard shipping in the US. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate during checkout. We encourage all customers to purchase shipping protection to ensure pacakges are covered with a replacement should any shipping issues arise.

How do I track my order?

You will only be able to track your order if it has been shipped and you have receive a shipment notification. Please allow at least 5-7 business days for items to process and ship after purchasing (reminder: business days do not include weekends or holidays).

Can't find your order number?

1) Check your spam folder and other email accounts.

2) Email us! Email us with as much information as possible for us to locate your order (Name, email, order date & time, order number). Our Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.

You can track your package's progress more closely through the shipping provider, which is most likely USPS for domestic.

My package is marked as delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?

If the package is confirmed to have not been delivered or any other related issue, check that you purchased our shipping protection. If so, you are applicable to file a shipping claim to receive another order. (Include link to corso return page). If not, you may then reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.

Orders are usually packaged within one hour of being placed. If you need to change your shipping address, please submit a request well within that hour for the best chance of processing. Customer Service tickets are handled in the order they’re received, so we cannot guarantee that your ticket will be addressed in time. If your ticket is reached after the order is fulfilled, we won’t be able to make changes.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically packaged within an hour after order placement. Once an order is sent through for processing, it cannot be updated by our customer service team. Processed orders are then sent to the courier for shipping, within 2-3 business days of order placement. Standard shipping estimates are 7-10 business days to most addresses, while expedited shipping typically delivers within 2-3 days. Once the package is with the courier, we no longer have control over delivery or potential courierdelays. You can track your order within 24 hours of receiving a shipment notification through our Track Order page on our website. During holidays and peak shopping times throughout the year, we may experience delays in processing and shipping due to high order volume - we thank you in advance for your patience!

Expedited shipping does not accelerate the production process.

How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $70 USD within the US. Expedited shipping and low-order-value standard shipping will be calculated at checkout. Some shipping destination countries may impose import tax & duties on shipments. Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to cover any import tax & duties levied.

What if the address was wrong?

If an order has an invalid address and gets sent back to the warehouse, we will inform you that the order has been shipped back to us and we will kindly ask you to pay for the shipping to get it to you again.
