Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on eligible full-priced products as long as they are unopened and unused.

To return your order for a refund to your original payment method, products must be returned within a 30-day return window from the order date. The return window is extended to 60 days for returns for store credit. Returns are available for eligible full-priced products, including AquaClean Duo, Zero Toothpaste, Lumismart, Electric Toothbrush, Floss Picks, Braces Floss Picks, and NanoFloss. 

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all their original contents to be eligible for a refund. Certain consumable products cannot be accepted for return if they have been unboxed, or their protective seal has been broken, or if they show signs of use.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds can be issued either to your original payment method or as store credit.

Refund to Original Payment Method:

If you choose to receive a refund back to your original payment method, please note:

  • The original shipping costs are not refundable.
  • You do not need to pay for return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Did NOT purchase Checkout+:

If you choose to receive a refund back to your original payment method, please note:

  • Return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

Refund as Store Credit:

If you choose store credit instead:
  • You'll receive a full refund for the item(s) returned once return is in transit.
  • The original shipping cost is still not refundable.
  • Return shipping will not be deducted from your store credit.

Purchase Cancellation

We do not offer purchase cancellation at this time. You may reach out to our customer service to attempt cancellation. Purchases can be cancelled by our team only before fulfillment.

We will respond to each ticket as soon as the ticket ahead of it is resolved.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
