Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for refund to original payment method, or 60 days for store credit. Exclusions apply. See our Returns Policy page for full details. We offer exchange for a product received that is damaged upon receiving within 1 year of purchase due to a manufacture error as noted on our Warranty Policy Page.

What comes in the bundle?
The bundle includes 1x AquaClean Duo, 1x pack of Lumismart Whitening Strips, and 1x pack of NanoFloss. A start to finish team of products to support your journey to a healthier, brighter smile.
Is this bundle suitable for everyone?
While every smile deserves to be healthier and whiter, this bundle might not be suitable for those with braces, extreme sensitivity to whitening treatments, or those with close contacts between their teeth. Lumismart® contains a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide and NanoFloss is constructed as a shred-resistant thread that is twice the thickness of most string floss on the market. If you have close contacts, try the Starter Bundle instead, which includes the regular Floss Picks.
Can I customize the items in my bundle?
While the Smile Care Bundle is a pre-selected set of our most popular products, you get to choose your color and flavor combinations for each product in the set. Prefer a classic taste? Go all-in on Mint. Feeling adventurous? Mix and match with 4+ fun flavors of Lumismart® and NanoFloss.
How long will these products last?
The AquaClean Duo is designed for long-term use. We recommend replacing nozzles every 3 months. The Lumismart Whitening Strips includes 21 single-use treatments and NanoFloss will last approximately 2 months with regular use.
Is this a subscription product?
No, this is a one-time purchase. However, you can subscribe to individual replacement items like nozzles separately.
Should I use these products in a specific order?
Yes! AquaClean Duo and NanoFloss should be used as part of your standard routine before applying your whitening strips. This removes surface buildup and allows for better whitening penetration.
