You bet! Our founder, Dr. Ben Winters, known more widely online as the Bentist, is a licensed orthodontist and dental professional who started Something Nice out of his own struggles with oral care. With an innovative approach to product design and a mission to improve oral care for all, Dr. Winters is changing how people care for their smiles.
Do I really need to brush twice per day?
Based on extensive dental research and professional recommendations, brushing twice daily and flossing once daily represents the minimum standard for maintaining optimal oral health. The twice-daily schedule effectively disrupts bacterial growth before it can mineralize into tartar, which requires professional removal.
