Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Orders shipped within the US qualify for free standard shipping. For International destinations, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Additional taxes and duties may apply. Read our policy here.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders are typically packaged within 24 hours of the order placement and sent to the courier for shipping within 2-3 business dayst. Tracking numbers are issued within 24 hours of receiving a shipment notification - use our Track Order page.
What is the return policy?

Am I able to use these with braces?
We ask you to refrain from using these with braces as they do not have the same clearance for entrance between brackets. If you have braces we recommend using our Braces Floss Picks which are design to work with brackets.
What is Xylitol? I see it is included
Xylitol will boost protection between teeth. So when you're flossing, you are also cleaning your teeth even more.
Xylitol helps reduce the spread of tooth destroying bacteria!
Why twin floss?
The twin floss (or double-threaded) design provides additional cleaning power by trapping plaque and gunk stuck deep between your teeth better than single-threaded floss can.
